How to Use:

1. Push on bottom of cardboard tube to push up product.

2. Apply the stick to wrists, neck, shoulders, collar bones, chest, or any other area of the skin.

3. To push stick back into tube, apply slight pressure to the top of the stick by pressing down vertically onto the skin with the stick.
