Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
What if my order arrives incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you.
When will my order be shipped?
Since we are a small business, online orders are shipped out once a week, usually on Wednesdays. If your order is urgent or time-sensitive, please contact us directly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are the perfumes all natural?
All our perfumes are plant-based, as we use Organic Grape Alcohol as the base. The perfumes incorporate naturals such as essential oils, extracts, resins, and absolutes, as well as synthetic aroma molecules. The base does not include any additives such as UV Filters, antioxidants, preservatives, or co-solvents. The ingredients are pure, non-toxic, and compliant with safety regulations.
How are your products made?
The products are made by hand in small batches with love and intention. Every single product is labeled, filled, packaged, and quality controlled by our founder.
